In 2007 Shauna was a UK Wide L'Oreal Young Colourist Award Winner which she then furthered by winning the L'Oreal Regional Men's image award. Now that Shauna was developing a relationship with L'Oreal she was welcomed on to the ID Artist team which was a 2 year programme including training with industry leading artists such as Trevor Sorbie and Adam Reed. This platform propelled Shauna and provided opportunities such as assisting backstage at London Fashion Week. Most recently in 2014 Shauna completed the L'Oreal Hair Colour Degree which further strengthened her relationship with the brand for whom she is also an acting educator.
Gemma began her career at Shauna McAuley Hair in 2017 progressing onto self employment. She specializes in bespoke blonde and balayage services and has excellent communication skills which has enabled her to build a very loyal client base.
Gemma’s thirst for knowledge is strong and is always offering clients everything that is on trend and looks great for them.
Gemma is warm and engaging and is a great listener. Her clients love her for her quiet nature and how calming she is. When it comes to hair she loves every aspect of it.

Lesley began self employment in 2019 and has a strong clientele. She prides herself on creating beautiful hair and particularly specializes in blondes.

While she is known for creating bespoke colour she is also strong at cutting and styling. Her finishing touch is beautiful.
